I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the videos and photographs and that I have the right to grant this permission and release. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mini Esti Factor, LLC. from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of any breach of this representation and warranty. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
